Amanda Adams, researcher for the Research Centre in Palliative Care, Death and Dying at Flinders University, discusses how social determinants influence online interactions and how diversity can be a mechanism for interface improvement. 

Eman Al-Dasuqi, Cultural Consultant, Cultural Competence Trainer and National Health Education Support Officer, discusses the importance of translated information for the Arabic community, and the differences and challenges a person from Arabic culture may face whilst caring.

Sonia Sanchez Moreno, director and founder of Sylaba Translations, discusses the importance of translated health information, as well as the biggest considerations and challenges of translating.

Since its release, there have been over 30,000 visitors to the website with around forty people a day making use of these resources.

CarerHelp is the first e-health toolkit that focuses on the information and support needs of carers of people with a life-limiting illness at the end-of-life, using a pathway approach.
